I am an undergraduate student in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I have applied to graduate program in Electrical Engineering at University Of New Heavens.My career objective is to pursue research in the field of Communications. I have a strong conviction that an opportunity to pursue graduate studies will help me realize my goals of being one of the best professionals in the field. I have done Mini project on Pyro Electric Based Fire Alarm. This project is designed to Sense a rise in room temperature due to heat. An ordinary Piezo element of Buzzer is used as the Fire sensor. The Lead crystals in the Piezo element have the property to deform and generate an electric potential when heated. In the second and third year of my under graduate I develop specific interest in the field of Analog communications, Digital communications, Digital Signal processing, Telecom switching systems and networks. In my fourth year, optical communications allured me. To increase my technical knowledge, I regularly attend the national level seminars held by IEEE, and also participated in one seminar, which was held in our college. The seminar was on the dependence of wireless communications on DSP and it made a great impact on me. It was about the enhancement of a signal by manipulating the corresponding parameters such that the unwanted signals are eliminated. From this stemmed my desire to pursue MS in electrical engineering with Communications as my major. To keep pace with fast growing technology, I visited National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA), Hyderabad as a part of industrial visit. There I had the opportunity to see how the earth station receives digital data from the satellite and how the data is processed and stored.
